Right now, we ship within Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia the USA and the UK. We’re setting up an Aussie warehouse soon to speed things up - and we’re expanding further afield soon...

From our HQ in Aotearoa New Zealand (for now). Everything’s picked, packed, and shipped from here - in tiny home-compostable boxes and courier bags.

We usually process orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping times are up to the courier so keep an eye on your tracking, but it's typically:

Aotearoa New Zealand: 2-4 working days
Australia: 3-10 working days
USA/UK: 10-20 working days.

You’ll get tracking info the moment your balls hit the road.

Unfortunately not. The system updates within minutes and once it gets to the warehouse they can't change it easily (changes are unreliable). Sorry, we know it's a pain!

Even so, if you do have a problem with your order we will of course do our absolute best to help so email us at hello@incrediballs.com and our SIPport Team will get involved.

Then once it’s out the door, it’s in the hands of the shipping fairies.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@incrediballs.com and we’ll do our best to catch it in time. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to redirect it through the courier using the tracking link we send you.

In the world’s smol-est home-compostable boxes, with the balls themselves wrapped in clever home-compostable cellophane bags. Our packaging is FSC-certified, fully recyclable, and compostable at home.

Shipping is $6 anywhere in New Zealand.
Orders over $50 receive free shipping.

We offer a simple “don’t like it, we’ll refund it” guarantee. If you’ve tried them and they’re not for you, just get in touch with our Sipport Team and we’ll sort it out.

We don’t believe in making returns complicated - but we do ask that you contact us directly so we can help and make it right.
