Dispatch timeframe is usually 1 to 3 business days, though delays may occur during busy periods.

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 1 to 3 working days via courier

  • International: up to 10 working days depending on location

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please refer to tracking updates provided by the courier.

Returns, refunds, and our guarantee

We want you to love your balls. If something is damaged, faulty, or not right, we will replace or refund your order, whichever you prefer.

If you simply don’t like the product, we offer a 100 percent money-back guarantee. You do not need to return the product. Share it with a friend instead.

We are always improving and adding new flavours, and we may offer alternatives if something did not suit you the first time.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by their country.
